The goal is to completely redefine teamwork and collaboration. The product is integrated into a programme that consists of profiling and either a facilitated training or one to one coaching session.
This interactive one day workshop is run at the iCon Innovation Centre, Daventry, NN11 0QB.
The workshop is also available for in house delivery at your organisation or a venue of your choice.

Personal Development was designed specifically to work for individuals; participants do not all need to be part of the same team. Rather, participants can carry the takeaways of this programme from one team to the next, enabling a culture of teamwork.
