Supported Flexible Learning Programmes (SFL)

All SFL programmes feature:

bullet Affiliate Membership with the Chartered Management Institute

bullet An Induction workshop
bullet Psychometric assessment and profiling report
bullet 360 degree assessment and feedback report
bullet E-learning self study module
bullet Workbook and/or study materials
bullet Assessment planning workshop
bullet Dedicated Personal Tutor support by phone/email

SFL Programmes have flexible start dates- begin when you want and would normally take between 3 - 26 weeks to complete. You can study at a place to suit you, we will come to your workplace if you wish and providing you complete the qualification within 12 months you can study at a pace to suit your needs

SFL Programmes are suitable for individual learners but programmes can also be arranged for groups of learners within organisations.
