Performance Improvement
A Company Director took over a new operational team and wanted to understand a
little more about individual strengths and development areas and to also
identify potential team development opportunities. We designed Job Profiles for
the individuals using our Profiles PXT assessment tools and then assessed each
individual against these profiles. From this we produced
Development Need
Analysis Reports complete with suggestions for Coaching for the Director. The
reports highlighted areas where Team Development would also be beneficial.
Reducing the Risk of Recruiting the Wrong Person
An organisation was looking at recruiting a General Sales Manager and had
short listed the potential candidates down to a group of 4. We worked with them
to develop a Job Profile based on Organisational competencies for the role and
asked each candidate to complete a Profiles PXT Total Person assessment covering
Verbal and Numerical Ability, Personality and Behavioural traits and
Occupational Interests and Motivation. The resulting
Placement Reports compared
each candidate against the Benchmark Job Profile and highlighted areas to
explore at interview stage and also developed some interview questions based on
their assessment results.
Management Development
Designed and delivered a programme of management development workshops aimed at
managers within the small businesses sector. The programme consisted of 4
workshop topics:

Recruiting and selecting
The Why and How of Appraisals
Managing Customer Relationships

Knowledge Management
Created a 'Learning History' knowledge bank for an Insurance Group that wanted
to maximise the learning from a recent project and wanted to build on 'best
practice' carried during the project stages. We designed a process that
extracted the knowledge from a number of key people involved with the project
and the categorised and codified that knowledge so that it could be used as a
'knowledge map' for the next project.
