December 2008 MRJ Consulting Services Ltd are pleased to announce dates for Induction days for the following accredited management development programmes: March 25th 2009: First Line Manager (IL3) - Leading to a Level 3 Introductory Certificate in Management March 26th 2009: Middle Manager (IL4) - Leading to a Level 4 Introductory Diploma in Management Both Programmes will be run at venues close to Northampton/Rugby and will be open versions of the successful Supported Distance Learning format. Candidates will join managers from other organisations in completing the programmes and gaining the nationally recognised qualifications accredited by the Chartered Management Institute.
