Step One Survey II Solves a Vital Business Problem

MRJ Consulting are pleased to announce the launch of a new product from Profiles International. It is called the Step One Survey II, a pre employment screening assessment that measures candidates attitudes to integrity, substance abuse, reliability and work ethic.

It is an entry level product that can be used at any level in an organisation and will play very well for those organisations that require CRB checks or drugs tests pre-employment. Why use it? Read the following:

Dishonesty is a Workplace Reality
The results of employee surveys reflect the reality of your applicant pool:

bullet56 percent of working people admit they have lied to their supervisors
bullet41 percent say they have falsified records
bullet64 percent admit using the Internet for personal reasons during working hours
bullet35 percent have stolen from their employers, by their own admission
bullet31 percent abuse drugs or alcohol

Those who have studied the problem say about 80 percent of computer crime is committed by “insiders,” at an estimated annual cost of as much as £600 million.

Is it any wonder an estimated 36,000 companies are “stolen out of business” every year by their employees?

The Step One Survey II is completed online and results produced within minutes. For a sample report please email enquiries@mrjconsulting.co.uk or click here for further information.
